What happens after you book us?

Once you’ve said ‘yes’ you’d like to book us, good news, the rest is easy from there! We ask for a deposit which secures your date and means we don’t give out any other quotes for that date.

Then we will give you a form to complete which outlines all of the information that we need off you (i.e. what time to start, what time to end, where the venue is, specific music requests). You can complete that in your own time, and ask us for musical advice whenever you need to.

If you have any special music requests that we will arrange for you, as much notice as possible means we have plenty of time to do an excellent job! You can make your final payment in the month or so before your event – and then everything is done and dusted until the date itself!
