We were delighted to play at the Clock Barn in Hampshire on Sunday, for the wedding of Katie and Allan. Katie had booked us after seeing us play at her sister in law’s wedding at Farbridge Barn in Sept 2015. We were very pleased to see the family again, and to provide our eclectic mix of music once more!
Clock Barn is a fab venue set in Hampshire, near Whitchurch, just off the A34. The barn looked lovely, decorated with bunting and fairy lights. We set up in the corner at the front of the ceremony room, ready to play for the bridal entrance.

After a lovely ceremony with two readings, we moved through to the drinks reception. After initially setting up as instructed by the drinks indoor, it soon became clear that the guests were going to stay outdoors in the spring-time sunshine. It’s always a tricky call for us whether to move outdoors with the guests when the weather is borderline on the temperature. After a quick discussion we decided to brave it and we moved outside to the patio so that the guests could enjoy our music.
We had an appreciative audience which kept our fingers warm as we worked through the requests from the couple. They had asked us to play Oasis, Coldplay, Nirvana, Lady Gaga and more, so we were kept very busy indeed!
